GORGEOUS AND COMPELLING!
"I'm a middle-aged goth and weird widow on a journey exploring different fragrances in search of my new "signature scent. " But after trying so many perfumes from so many wonderful indie creators, and falling in love with a few I've come to the conclusion that I can't settle on just one. I'd discovered Lunar Light Co when looking up perfumes based on the Type O Negative song, "Black No. 1" because I am totally down for smelling like burning leaves and a touch of clove. But when I found that Lunar Light has THREE Type O Negative fragrances, I HAAAAAD to get "Love You to Death. " The listed profiles of spiced roses, incense, black amber, and hazelwood sounded appealing, but when I received the roller, the scent exceeded expectations. To me, it smells like dark roses, a fruity wine, incense, and just a whisper of the clove cigarette that Peter Steele is crooning to light for us goth ladies. And if you also buy perfume from the spooky indies, Love You to Death is similar to Heretic's Queen of the Night and Alkemia's Gothique. And honestly, I'd consider it slightly better as it balances the best elements of each. I really hope that this one can get the Eau de Parfum, Fragrance Mist, and Hair Potion treatment.
